Listen first
Every appointment starts with your story. What happened, what hurts, what you want back. Treatment decisions follow from that, not from a script.
About
BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy. The one pair of hands behind every appointment at Revive Sports Therapy, Paignton.
The therapist
Revive Sports Therapy is a solo practice, and that is deliberate. When you book with Revive, you see Ellis: the same therapist who assessed you carries out your treatment, tracks your progress and adjusts your plan. Nothing gets lost in handovers, and nothing needs explaining twice.
Ellis holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and works as a personal trainer and Level 4 soft tissue therapist alongside her clinic work, which means treatment, rehabilitation and training all connect under one roof.
Her clients range from competitive athletes to people who have never set foot in a gym. What they share, judging by dozens of five-star Google reviews, is how at ease she makes them feel.
The approach
Every appointment starts with your story. What happened, what hurts, what you want back. Treatment decisions follow from that, not from a script.
Ellis aims to make you feel completely at ease as she guides you through the rehabilitation process, explaining findings and options in plain English.
Recovery is a process, not an event. Your plan progresses at each visit, guiding your return to activity at the pace your body sets.
The clinic
The clinic sits at 3 Waterside View in the Goodrington area of Paignton, a private, quiet treatment space rather than a busy multi-therapist practice. Appointments never overlap, so the room, and Ellis's attention, are yours.
Evening appointments run until 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays for anyone who cannot escape work earlier, and everything is bookable online around the clock.
The best introduction is an appointment. New patient assessments are £45 and bookable online.
